No Show

Clients that fail to show for their scheduled appointment may be subject to a non-refundable $50 fee or 50% of their appointment charge, if the appointment value is less than $50. 

Cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a non-refundable $50 fee.

Cell Phones

Please be respectful of other clients in our spa and silence cell phones and other devices. While relaxing in our serenity room, please refrain from talking on your cell phone as this may disrupt massages and facials in progress.

Children

If children are brought with you to an appointment, please ensure they have appropriate supervision. Our employees are not responsible for supervising children. Children are not permitted in the laser rooms and massage rooms for safety and noise purposes.

Language

Clients who do not speak English are required to bring an interpreter to procedural appointments. This is to help ensure treatment safety, appropriate expectations, client satisfaction, and to clearly communicate after-care.
