Onyx Policies


No-Show Policy
Clients that do not show up for their scheduled appointments without advanced notice may be subject to a deposit before booking any future appointments at our spa.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please do so with at least 24 hours notice of your scheduled appointment. This allows us to get people in for appointments that may be on our waiting list.

Cell Phone Policy
Please be respectful of the other clients in our spa and silence cell phones and other devices especially near the facial rooms, massage rooms, and serenity room where relaxation and tranquility are important.

Child Policy
If young children are brought into the spa, please make sure they have appropriate supervision during your appointment. Spa employees are not responsible for supervising children. Children are also not permitted in the laser or massage rooms for safety and noise reasons.

Language Policy
Clients that do not speak English are required to bring a translator to procedural appointments for Botox, filler, laser treatments, PRP, subcision, and microblading. This is to help ensure appropriate expectations, client satisfaction, and to clearly and safely communicate after-care and follow-up.
